Who is responsible
[OPERATOR TO CONFIRM: legal entity], [OPERATOR TO CONFIRM: registered address], [OPERATOR TO CONFIRM: country], is the controller. Contact: [OPERATOR TO CONFIRM: contact email].
What we store
Your work email address and its domain, your company name, your team size, which version of this page you signed up from, and the version of the consent sentence you agreed to with the time you agreed.
If you try to sign up with a free email address, we store nothing about you: only a daily count of such attempts per page version.
Without your consent, this site sets only one cookie, which remembers your choice about analytics cookies for 180 days, and loads nothing from third parties.
Why, and on what basis
To email you notifications about access to One Agent Harness, and for nothing else.
We rely on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)); you can withdraw it at any time, and we then delete your details.
How long we keep it
Until access opens or for 365 days, whichever is sooner; then it is deleted.
If you ask us to delete your details, we delete them straight away. Copies can remain in encrypted database backups for up to 7 days after that, and then they are gone too.
Who else sees it
When we send notifications, we export the list as a CSV file into an email tool, [OPERATOR TO CONFIRM: email tool (processor)], which acts as our processor. That export leaves this system.
The site is hosted in the EU, in Azure Sweden Central.
Analytics cookies, only if you accept
If you accept analytics cookies, this site loads Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited as our processor, to count visits and see which pages are read. It then sets the cookies _ga and _ga_* in your browser, which last up to 2 years.
Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. We do not use Google signals or any advertising feature, and advertising storage stays switched off.
Google may transfer analytics data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
For analytics cookies we rely on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a), and the ePrivacy rules on storing cookies on your device); you can withdraw it at any time under Cookie settings.
Cookie settings, linked in the footer of every page, lets you accept or reject at any time. Rejecting stops Google Analytics from loading; the _ga cookies already set can also be cleared in your browser.
Access logs
Our hosting records the IP address of each request in access logs, kept for 30 days. We use them to keep the site running and to count page views; they are not linked to your sign-up.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or leave the list, at any time by writing to the contact address above. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
